Introduction and acceptance of conditions
Welcome to the Being Ecosystem. This document ("Service Conditions" or "Agreement"), a legal agreement between you (whether as a natural person or as a representative of a legal person, now called "user" or "you") and the Platform of Behris, belonging to Andisheh Pagar Company (now called "Well", "" We "or" Platform ").
Your use of Behzi.ir website, panel.behzi.ir and all services, software and related tools, as a detailed study, complete understanding and unconditional acceptance of all clauses of this agreement. Article 1: Definition of vocabulary

Article 2: Membership Terms and Usage Usage
To use the service, the user must have a legal qualification (at least 5 years of age) and enter their accurate and accurate information (name, contact number, email, etc.) when registering. The responsibility for the accuracy of the information entered is all responsible for the user. Each user is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account information, including a password or disposable codes. All activities under one account are regarded as a user's activity. Article 2: User Obligations and Authorized Use Policy

Article 2: Intellectual Property and Platform Law
All the material and intellectual rights of the Behzi platform, including brand, logo, graphic designs, software codes, database structure and algorithms, belong to Andisheh Pagar Company, and any copyright, adaptation or unauthorized use will be prosecuted. However, by uploading the content, the user grants a non -scorer, non -score and global license to use, reproduce and distribute this content to provide services, display on the public sections of the platform (such as Explorer) and marketing and advertising activities (referring to the user business name).
Article 2: Payment, Extension and Politics
Using Bezi Services requires a subscription fee based on defined plans. Costs are paid periodically (monthly or yearly). Due to the provision of a completely free 2 -day test that allows the user to fully evaluate the service before purchasing, it is not possible to cancel the service and refund under any circumstances. In case of renewal, service access may be suspended or restricted.
Article 2: The Liability and Limits of Obligations
Behzi is a tool provider and has no responsibility for the content published by users, the quality of their products and services, transactions made between users and their customers, and the accuracy of business information. The responsibility of all of these is the responsibility of the business owner. We make every effort to provide sustainable and uninterrupted services. However, Behzai does not provide any guarantees of non -definitive or temporary disruption (due to repairs, updates, or out -of -control problems such as Internet definitive). 4.3. Benefit will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, subordinate or accidental damage (including loss of data, profit or commercial credit) that result in the use or inability to use services.
Article 2: The termination of the cooperation and the blocking of the account

This agreement is set in accordance with the current laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In the event of any dispute, the parties will try to resolve it through negotiation and reconciliation. In the absence of an agreement, the competent authority to deal with the disputes will be the judicial authorities in Rasht.
